- Enter URL: https://opscenter.dlt.com/hc/en-us in a web browser
- Click 'Sign in' at the top right of the screen
- Enter your email and password and click the 'Sign in' button to log in. See Fig.1 Fig.1
- Click 'Submit a request' at the top of the screen. See Fig.2

- Drag and drop or click 'Add file' to add diagnostic files to the ticket.
- Click the Submit button
- You will receive an email in your inbox confirming your case has been created.
- To view the ticket, click on your name at the top right of the screen and select 'My requests'. Your ticket will be displayed under this tab. See Fig.3

Creating a OpsCenter Support Ticket via email
- Send an email to support@opscenter.zendesk.com describing your issue in detail. This will generate a new support ticket under your account
- Then, enter URL: https://opscenter.dlt.com/hc/en-us in a web browser and log in.
- To view your ticket, click on your name at the top right of the screen and select 'My requests'. Your ticket will be displayed under this tab. See Fig.3 above.
