There are three options available to create support requests with TD SYNNEX Public Sector Operations Center.
- Email the TD SYNNEX Public Sector Operations Center:

Providing a thorough description of the issue in the body of the email will significantly reduce the time it takes to resolve the issue. - Submitting through the TD SYNNEX Public Sector support portal at https://opscenter.dlt.com/hc/en-us
- Select “Submit a request”
3. Call TD SYNNEX Public Sector Operations Center Hotline (required for emergency issues)

You will be asked a few questions such as:
- Your contact information (name, email address and phone number)
- The product you are having issues with (AWS, Veritas, Azure, etc.)
- A brief description of the issue
- The level of severity of the issue
