How To Initiate Support Request With DLT Operations Center

There are three options available to create support requests with DLT Operations Center.

  1. Email the DLT Operations Center:
    Providing a thorough description of the issue in the body of the email will significantly reduce the time it takes to resolve the issue.
  2. Submitting through the DLT support portal at
    1. Select “Submit a request”


3.  Call DLT Operations Center Hotline (required for emergency issues) 

You will be asked a few questions such as:

  • Your contact information (name, email address and phone number)
  • The product you are having issues with (AWS, Veritas, Azure, etc.)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The level of severity of the issue
